*Applications Currently Closed*
Yancoal financially invests into community projects and local initiatives with the potential to make a positive difference.
Yancoal recognises that local community groups are the backbone of any community. They make an important contribution to maintaining and creating strong and sustainable communities. Yancoal’s Community Support Program is one of the key ways it makes a positive difference in the areas it operates.
Yancoal invests in community groups working in the areas of:
-
health
-
cultural heritage
-
social and community
-
environment
-
education and training.
Yancoal funding has enabled the development and implementation of environmental projects; education, training and assistance for residents to gain employment; sponsorship of key community events; the purchase of new technology and equipment used by hospitals and regional rescue services; and helped support disadvantaged groups within the community.
Yancoal is proud to be investing into local and regional Australia, helping build stronger communities across the country.
